Directions for Use:

  1. Read entire label before using. Use only as directed.
  2. Ensure area is well-ventilated during application and until surface is dry. Open windows, doors, and use exhaust fans. Keep children and pets away until foot traffic can resume.
  3. Test in a small inconspicuous area before full application.
  4. For new installations, apply as soon as 2 hours after grouting. For best results, wait 4 hours or more. Grout should be firm to the touch.
  5. For cured installations, ensure grout is clean, dry, and free of sealers and coatings.


 

Application Directions:

  1. Shake well before using.
  2. Hold can 10 to 16 inches from the grout surface, aim nozzle, and spray sealer evenly along the grout line. Keep can tilted for even distribution.
  3. After 10 to 15 minutes, wipe the entire surface with a dry cloth to remove excess sealer. For newly applied grout, wipe lightly to avoid disturbing the grout.
  4. A second coat is recommended and can be applied within one hour of the initial application.
  5. Any dried residue from excess sealer on tile surfaces can be removed by wiping with a dry cloth.
  6. For cured grout, surface traffic can begin 2 hours after the final application. For newly installed grout, follow the manufacturer's guidance. Keep the installation dry for a minimum of 12 hours, ideally 36 to 72 hours.

  1. Read entire label before using. Use only as directed.
  2. Always test in a small inconspicuous area with a 24-hour cure time to determine ease of application and desired results.
  3. Allow new grout installations to cure for a minimum of 72 hours prior to application.
  4. Ensure surface is clean and free of waxes and coatings.
  5. Sealer may be applied to damp surfaces one hour after standing water has been removed.
  6. Surface temperature should be between 50°F and 80°F.
  7. Ensure area is well-ventilated during application and until surface is dry. Keep children and pets out of the area until foot traffic resumes.

 

Application Directions:

  1. Mask any surfaces not intended to be treated.
  2. Liberally apply an even coat using a paint pad, roller, or brush. DO NOT APPLY PRODUCT WITH SPRAYER.
  3. Allow sealer to penetrate the surface for 15–30 minutes. During this time, distribute sealer over entire area to ensure even penetration. Remove excess sealer by wiping entire surface thoroughly with clean, dry towels.
  4. A second coat may be needed for porous, absorbent surfaces and should be applied 30–40 minutes after initial application as directed in steps 2–3.
  5. 15–30 minutes after final application, wipe entire surface with clean, dry towels to remove any excess sealer. To remove residue, reapply a thin coat of sealer, allow to dwell for 2–3 minutes, agitate with a white nylon pad, and dry thoroughly with clean, dry towels.
  6. A full cure is achieved after 24–72 hours; foot traffic may begin in 6–8 hours. If foot traffic must resume sooner, cover the floor with red rosin paper to protect it until full cure has been achieved.
  7. Clean tools with water.
