For more than 28 years, Carol's Carpet Flooring America has helped homeowners throughout Montgomery, Alabama, create homes they love. We believe choosing new flooring should be an enjoyable experience—not one where you're left sorting through endless options on your own. As a locally owned Flooring America store, we bring together the personal service of a neighborhood flooring store with the buying power and product selection of a national cooperative. Stop by our Montgomery showroom to see flooring in person, talk through your ideas, and get advice from people who know flooring.

A More Personal Way to Shop for Flooring

Buying new flooring is a big decision. You want to see your options in person, understand how different materials will work in your home, and feel confident before making a choice. At Carol's Carpet Flooring America, you have a local team to turn to when you need advice or another perspective.

As a locally owned Flooring America store, we combine personal service with the buying power of a national cooperative. That gives you access to a broad selection of flooring from trusted brands while still having a local team to turn to throughout your project. We can help you explore colors, textures, materials, and styles, answer questions along the way, and narrow down your choices without making you feel rushed.

What Makes Carol's Carpet Different

There are plenty of ways to shop for flooring today, from big-box stores and online retailers to coordinating every part of a project yourself. A local flooring showroom gives you another option: the opportunity to see products in person and work with people who know flooring and know Montgomery.

• Local Showroom Expertise: See and feel flooring in person, ask questions, and get advice from a team that specializes in flooring rather than choosing from product photos alone.
• In-Person Design Help: Bring your ideas to the showroom, explore samples, and gain another perspective as you decide what will work best in your home.
• Trusted Installation: Once you've selected your flooring, we can help arrange professional installation so you have a team to turn to beyond the initial purchase.
• Flooring America Buying Power: Our membership in the Flooring America cooperative gives our local store access to the buying power and resources of a nationwide network of independent flooring stores.
• People in Your Community: We've spent more than 28 years serving Montgomery and building relationships with the people who shop with us. When you have a question, you can talk to people who know our store and community.

It's the combination of local relationships, knowledgeable service, a broad selection, and Flooring America resources that makes the experience at Carol's Carpet different.
